Tiryak Tadasana(Swaying Palm Tree Pose)
TIRYAK = SWAYING
TADA = PALM TREE
Stand with the feet around 2 or 3 feet apart.
Focus the gaze on a fix point front of the body.
Inhale, raise the hands up over the head and interlock the fingers with the palm facing up.
Now exhale and try to bend to the right side from the waist as much as possible.
Contract the right side of the body and stretch the left side. Try to hold here for few breath.
Inhale and come back in middle position.
Now do the same procedure to the left side.
Repeat the same steps 10 times.
Variation 1
Balance on the toes in the practice.
Variation 2
You can also perform with out interlock the fingers.
Benefits
It massage And loosens the side of the waist.
It balances the right and left groups of postural muscles.
It helps to improve the body balance.
